what does it mean to be centered?

Being centered begins with understanding ourselves from the inside out to achieve inner peace and self confidence. It starts with our conscious awareness of what is going on in our body: the physical, mental and emotional states. The union of these states leads to optimal function. My philosophy marries evidence based practices with alternative medicine, and utilizes an integrative approach to achieve physical, mental and emotional well being.

 

​Everything is connected;  how we move, how we feel, what we do.  At Centered Motion we identify dysfunctional movement patterns and connect new grounded pathways. This approach aids in the release of imbalances stemming from neurological, neuromuscular and energetic blockages.

​

Our clients find optimal vitality and enable healing by reconnecting with all aspects of our physical form. Alignment with our essence is pivotal to all forms of healing.
